Shipping Policy

Most of the products we sell include free shipping in the contiguous United States (excluding delivery to P.O. boxes). Due to the size, weight, or delicate nature of some products such as furniture, large heavy sculptures, extremely fragile items, etc. we may not able to provide free shipping for those items and will clearly state that shipping charges will apply. We do our best to combine items when possible to provide for the best shipping rates available at the time of shipment.

We hope you LOVE the products you ordered! However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will provide a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days after the date of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the product to The Cat & Rabbit at the address below.  If the product is damaged or the original package is missing, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly and may result in no refund if the product is damaged beyond use and such damage is not due to the fault of The Cat & Rabbit or is damaged when shipped to you. This Love it Guarantee does not apply to personalized products or bulk orders. 

Damaged Items

If the product is damaged during shipping to your location, we require photos showing the damage at the time of delivery as proof. If such proof is received by The Cat & Rabbit no later than 48 hours after delivery at the email below, The Cat & Rabbit will provide you with a pre-paid return label and will issue a full refund upon receipt of the product at The Cat & Rabbit at the address below.
